Media Buyer (d/f/m)

Jung von Matt is looking for a German-speaking (C1) Media Buyer (d/f/m) on a 20 hour basis.

As a Media Buyer at JvM IMPACT, you will have an important role in the planning and implementation of our media campaigns. You will be responsible for booking advertising space and times, checking invoices and issuing instructions for billing. Your diligent way of working also ensures that all financial processes run smoothly and are billed correctly.

What are your tasks?

• Media booking: Booking of advertising space and times in various media channels using the DML tool, in the various print, digital, radio, OoH and cinema genres, at the conditions negotiated by SEK/planning
• Invoice control: Checking and validating incoming invoices for accuracy and completeness
• Billing instructions: Preparation and approval of payment instructions to ensure timely and accurate billing
• Compliance: Ensuring that all media services purchased are in compliance with agency specifications/negotiations
• Documentation: Maintaining accurate records and reports of all purchases and billings. (Receipt control)
• Collaboration: Working closely with the media planning teams to effectively implement campaign strategies
• Supplier management: Building and maintaining long-term relationships with media suppliers
• Risk management: Identifying and managing risks in the purchasing process to ensure stability and reliability. (Dunning)

This position requires a strong understanding of numbers and a precise way of working in order to both protect the commercial interests of our clients and ensure accurate billing.
