Jung von Matt is looking for a German-speaking Media Consultant & Planner (d/f/m).

As a Media Consultant & Planner at Jung von Matt IMPACT, you will make a significant contribution to the success of our clients. You are responsible for the development and implementation of effective media campaigns that ensure the optimal use of the budget and efficiently reach our clients' target groups. Working closely with clients and internal teams, you will ensure that our media strategies are always innovative and results-oriented.

What are your tasks?

Media planning: developing comprehensive media plans tailored to clients' marketing objectives and target groups
Market research: Analyzing market and media data to identify trends, target groups and optimal media channels
Budget management: Effective management and distribution of advertising budgets to maximize reach and efficiency
Campaign implementation: Coordination and implementation of media plans across multiple channels, including online & offline
Performance evaluation: Monitoring and evaluation of campaign performance against relevant KPIs and creation of detailed reports
Optimization: Continuous optimization of media plans based on performance data and market changes
Client consultation: Close collaboration and regular coordination with clients to discuss media strategies, campaign progress and optimization proposals
Negotiation: The SEK in Munich is responsible for negotiating conditions and prices with media providers to ensure the best conditions for our customers. You ensure that all relevant parameters for the best possible negotiation are compiled and coordinated with SEK. You will maintain close contact with your colleagues from SEK during the planning process
Creative collaboration: Working with creative teams to develop campaign ideas with IMPACT
Trend monitoring: Actively monitor developments and innovations in the media and advertising sector to develop up-to-date and effective strategies

What do you ideally bring with you?

Completed studies in the field (e.g. business, media management, marketing marketing communication, business psychology, communication sciences) or training in the field of marketing communication, at least 3 years of work experience
Analytical skills
Customer orientation & proactivity
Keynote and PowerPoint skills
Interest in digital trends
Strong communication skills
Fluency in German and English
Passion for digital media
Dynamism & a quick grasp
