Role Overview

We are looking for a talented and motivated Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer to join our team on a long-term, remote engagement. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a variety of dynamic projects involving the development, customization, and support of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.

• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical specifications.

• Extend CRM capabilities using custom workflows, plugins, and integrations.

• Participate in CRM solution upgrades, maintenance, and performance optimization.

• Develop reports and dashboards using CRM reporting tools and Power Platform (if required).

• Provide technical support and contribute to documentation and training materials.

Requirements

• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (any recent version).

• Familiarity with customization, configuration, and development within the CRM platform.

• Experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, Power Automate, or Power Apps is a plus.

• Understanding of CRM data models and integrations via Web APIs.

• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

• Fluent English is required; German is a plus but not mandatory.

• Must be based in the EU or Serbia.
