Job Description:

Manage and optimize device management solutions using Microsoft Endpoint Manager and Intune. Ensure endpoint security, enforce compliance policies, and streamline device lifecycle management to support hybrid workforces.

You will collaborate with IT security, network, and support teams to maintain high service availability and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure Microsoft Intune policies for device compliance, configuration, and application management.

• Manage mobile device and application lifecycle, including enrollment, updates, and retirements.

• Monitor endpoint health, troubleshoot issues, and implement remediations.

• Design automation scripts and workflows using PowerShell and Graph API for enhanced administration.

• Collaborate with security teams to enforce zero-trust principles and data protection policies.

• Provide end-user support and training on endpoint management best practices.

• Maintain detailed documentation including policies, procedures, and configuration baselines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Extensive experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager and Intune administration.

• Knowledge of mobile OS platforms (Windows, iOS, Android) and related management challenges.

• Scripting skills for automation using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API.

• Understanding of security frameworks including zero-trust and compliance standards.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
