Arbeitsbeschreibung - Office & Admin Manager in München - TZ/VZ (min. 30 Std/Woche)

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our Admin Team who will support us with our Office and Admin tasks and work with us to shape the future.You are a flexible all-rounder who is organized, reliable and has an eye for detail. You are proactive, solutions-oriented and like to get things done. You have good communication skills, have a technical affinity and are confident in dealing with team members and service providers.Our admin team makes sure that everything we need to work is available and that the office life runs smoothly. We need your support with these tasks and would like to entrust you with the following tasks: 

Office 
  • Ensuring a well organized office structure and processes
  • Inventory control, leasing/purchasing and provision of office supplies 
  • Supervising and organizing the maintenance of our office and office hardware 
  • Coordination and implementation of occupational safety measures
  • Support with client meetings and workshops (e.g. catering organization)
Hardware & Tools
  • Management of hardware and software tools (inventory control, leasing/purchase, etc.)
  • Coordination of technical enquiries and solutions 
Admin & Internal Communication
  • Organizing and management of service providers and contracts 
  • Organizing monthly and quarterly company meetings in the Munich office 
  • Process optimization in Office and Administration 
Events
  • Planning and organizing internal events and special occasions (e.g. Summer and Winter Party)
  • Organizational support for external events in cooperation with the Marketing & Sales team
  • Professional experience in a similar position
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills (min. C1)
  • Organizational talent with holistic thinking, quality awareness but also pragmatism
  • Tidiness and helpfulness with a proactive approach
  • Technical affinity 
  • Structured, responsible and independent working style
  • Awareness of sustainability and resource conservation
