Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and review user-generated content and interactions to detect any violations of community safety policies.
• Investigate reported incidents rigorously, using strong analytical skills to assess cases and determine appropriate actions.
• Work closely with various teams to develop and implement effective online safety policies and procedures.
• Analyze safety trends and prepare comprehensive reports to present findings and recommendations to management.
• Stay informed of the latest online safety challenges and suggest proactive measures to mitigate risks.
• Provide guidance and support to users regarding safety practices to cultivate a safer online community.

• Fluency in Czech and English (both written and verbal) is required.
• Experience in online safety, content moderation, or a similar field would be advantageous.
