Key Responsibilities

• Monitor user-generated content and online interactions to identify potential violations of safety protocols and community guidelines.
• Conduct in-depth investigations into reported safety incidents, analyzing data and evidence to determine the most effective responses.
• Collaborate with various teams across the organization to develop and refine safety policies that promote digital trust.
• Prepare detailed reports on safety incidents and trends to inform stakeholders and guide improvements in safety processes.
• Stay informed about emerging digital threats and best practices in online safety to proactively enhance our protocols.
• Educate users about online safety practices and procedures to raise awareness and encourage safe behavior.

• Bilingual proficiency in Polish and English (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Previous experience in online safety, content moderation, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills, capable of making data-driven decisions based on investigations.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively articulate safety concerns and procedures.
