Operations Manager (m/w/d)

Our Operations team, consisting of Finance, Marketing, Office and HR Management, as well as Academic Liaison, ensures that our company runs smoothly. We are now looking for an Operations Manager to strengthen our team, grow together, and tackle new challenges.

What You Can Expect:

• You will manage incoming invoices, handle filing, review, and preliminary recording to ensure all numbers are accurate.
• You will oversee employee travel expense reports and corporate credit card management, ensuring all figures are correctly recorded.
• You will monitor our company’s account transactions.
• You will handle preparatory accounting and communicate with our tax consultancy firm.
• You will support the preparation of financial reports, analyze figures, and provide valuable insights.
• You will actively contribute to the Operations team by taking on organizational and administrative tasks.
• You will serve as a vacation cover for our Finance and Office Managers.

This position is offered as a permanent part-time or full-time role (minimum 25 hours per week) in our Munich office. Hybrid work is possible.

• You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification.
• You have initial work experience in finance and accounting and a strong understanding of commercial processes.
• You are a team player with initiative, independence, and a high affinity for IT.
• You can set priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• You have very good MS Office skills (especially Excel).
• First experience with DATEV Unternehmen online is an advantage.
• You are fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
