Operations Securities Manager - Transfers (all genders) Munich or Berlin

• Manage daily internal account reconciliations, oversee payment transaction bookings, handle TaxBox deliveries, and monitor settlement activities with both delivering and receiving counterparties.
  
• Investigate discrepancies, identify areas for optimization, and promptly address time-sensitive tasks to ensure operational excellence.
  
• Support in-depth analyses of security transfer data to inform operational decisions and highlight opportunities for process improvements.
  
• Develop scalable processes and work closely with internal teams to support the rapid growth of the business.
  
• Coordinate communication with external partners and data providers to ensure smooth and efficient settlement processes.
  

Requirements

• Strong understanding of securities and banking processes, particularly on-exchange trading and settlement.
  
• Experience with German domestic settlement systems and processes such as Clearstream Banking and TaxBox is a plus.
  
• Ability to analyze results, make quick decisions, and keep relevant stakeholders informed in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment while managing multiple priorities.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  
• Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken).
