Deine Aufgaben

You enable the smooth preparation and filing of civil claims using digital tools
You conduct document checks to ensure the accuracy of case data and support the legal team by organizing case files, tracking court communications
You help build and refine internal workflows for managing high volumes of claims
You identify process issues and suggest practical improvements
You contribute to maintaining internal records and preparing simple reports

Dein Profil

You have a degree in law and a strong interest in litigation and civil procedure
You are detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working independently
You have already worked with legal documentation or court filings, ideally in a litigation role
You are based in Barcelona, Spain and able to start working from home
You are fluent in Spanish (C2) and English (C1)
You feel comfortable using tools like Microsoft Office, Excel, and digital court platforms
You are a team player, open to feedback, and eager to help improve legal workflows - we want you to be part of our mission!
