You’ll work across the full sales cycle — but with a twist: your focus is on building and expanding strategic partnerships that create lasting value for everyone involved.
Build and deepen relationships with partners to generate and close new business.
Own the entire partner sales cycle: from identifying potential partners and onboarding them, to enabling their sales success and driving joint go-to-market initiatives.
Develop and refine our partner strategy: From partner programs to incentives, sales enablement and operational workflows.
Conceptualize and improve scalable partner concepts that support long-term growth and mutual value.
Collaborate with Customer Success and Product to develop partner-facing materials and campaigns.
Provide tailored demos and consultations to both partner teams and their customers.
Actively identify opportunities within partner networks to expand our reach and customer base.
Co-sell with partners and support them in deal execution, while keeping a clear overview of your pipeline.
Represent our product and culture at industry events, trade shows, and partner meetings.
Maintain clear documentation in our CRM (HubSpot) to ensure full visibility across the team.
Collaborate closely with your sales teammates, leadership, and cross-functional partners - we believe in learning from each other, always.
A true passion for partnership-building and a mindset focused on mutual success.
Sales experience in a B2B SaaS environment, especially with full-cycle sales and outbound.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, across cultures and channels.
Confidence in running discovery calls, demos, and partner trainings.
A track record of identifying the right opportunities and closing them, with or through partners.
Experience in logistics, manufacturing, or working with indirect sales channels is a big plus.
You’re fluent in German and English (written and spoken); other languages are always welcome.
Solid command of CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), G-Suite, and virtual collaboration tools.
You’re structured, proactive, and always looking for ways to improve.
