Arbeitsbeschreibung - PDP Manager & Samples Manager (m/w/d)

  • You are responsible for creating an overall project plan at system level for the drive unit, battery and VCU, etc.
  • This includes documentation, timeline tracking and control of the projects
  • In your role, you will also support project management as part of a PMO for the above-mentioned areas (System Owner Office Management)
  • You manage current top issues, risks and tasks, with the main focus on the timeline
  • You are able to present the current project situation at any time and make recommendations for further action in the project
  • As Samples Manager, you are responsible for the timely provision of samples and the development of a sample management process as well as operational management
  • You coordinate with all relevant interfaces within and outside the company and take care of cross-departmental resource and demand planning
  • You have a degree in computer science, engineering, business administration or a comparable qualification 
  • You have 6-7 years of experience in senior project and/or product management, ideally in the field of system integration
  • Ideally, you have already gained expertise in the automotive industry and understand project management in a challenging environment
  • You know how to lead an interdisciplinary team and utilise your excellent communication skills to manage it according to its strengths 
  • You have a great passion and vision for the development of technical products
  • You are characterised by excellent knowledge of project management methods and tools, including agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban
  • You also have strong analytical skills and understand how to solve complex problems and make decisions under time pressure
  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • You have an advantage if you own a certification in project management (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2)
  • You are fluent in English and have a good command of German
