Arbeitsbeschreibung - People Operations Manager - Payroll & Contracts (m/f/d)

  • You are responsible for preparing national and international payroll in collaboration with our service providers in each respective country (Germany, Italy, Poland, France, Spain, Austria & USA)
  •  You act as a trusted advisor to our employees and managers on all labor law and contractual matters
  •  You liaise with our legal counsel when needed and support the implementation of new labor and contract law requirements
  •  You are responsible for creating, developing, and reviewing HR-related documents
  •  You work with international law firms to draft bilingual employment contracts for new employees abroad
  •  You ensure our contract templates are up to date and continuously improve them in terms of content
  •  You support the further development of Personio, which is our HR management system
  • You have successfully completed a degree or further training in payroll accounting, human resources or business administration or labor law
  • You have already gained experience with international payroll accounting
  • You have several years of experience in a labor law personnel function, in which you have drawn up employment contracts and contract adjustments yourself
  • Your strengths include a responsible and structured way of working, combined with high quality standards
  • You communicate fluently in German and English
