Arbeitsbeschreibung - Presales Engineer Cloud Solutions (m/w/d)

  • Convince customers together with your sales colleagues at customer meetings and trade fairs by demonstrating your fitted solutions in the areas of cloud services, cyber security, IT infrastructure, service desk and IT service management.
  • Impress customers by developing and presenting a proof of concept (PoC) tailored to their individual requirements.
  • Intensify the customer relationship through continuous support and thereby support the expansion of existing customer projects.
  • Support the introduction of solutions to customers through piloting, training, and workshops.
  • Be the interface for a successful cooperation between customer, sales, product management and our developers.
  • Develop new products and services together with our developers and product managers to provide your customers with the best possible support.
  • Vocational training or university degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in technical sales of IT services.
  • Proven technical knowledge about cloud services, cyber security, IT infrastructure, service desk or IT service management.
  • Very good communication and project management skills.
  • Personal interest in upcoming technical solutions and advanced trainings.
  • Business fluent German (level C1 or higher) and English (level C1 or higher) are mandatory.
