Arbeitsbeschreibung - Pre-Sales Solution Architect (AV/UC Solutions)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pre-Sales Solution Architect to join our dynamic team in Germany. This role is pivotal in supporting our sales team by designing and presenting robust AV/UC solutions to prospective clients. If you have a passion for technology and a strong background in AV systems and Unified Communications, we’d love to hear from you.

Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide technical pre-sales support.
Design end-to-end AV/UC solutions using industry-leading platforms including Poly-HP, Logitech, Cisco, Yealink, Meeting room solutions as well as control system and AV switching solutions based on Extron, Crestron, Kramer, Q-Sys. Experience in advanced audio solutions based on Biamp, Shure, Yamaha, as well as knowledge on UC platforms such as Microsoft MTR, Zoom, and Pexip are highly valued.
Produce comprehensive technical documentation including:
- Requirements Capture
- Statements of Work (SoW)
- Site Survey Reports
- Elevation Diagrams
- Wiring Diagrams
- Solution Diagrams
Support RFP responses and customer proposals
Conduct site surveys and client consultations to assess project scope and technical feasibility.
Present proposed solutions to clients and respond to technical inquiries.
Stay current with technology trends and advancements to ensure solutions are forward-thinking and competitive.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a pre-sales or solutions design role within the AV/UC industry.
Proven expertise in designing solutions using platforms such as Extron, Crestron, Kramer, Q-Sys, Biamp, Shure, Yamaha, and collaboration tools like Microsoft MTR, Zoom, Pexip.
Strong knowledge of AV system architecture and network integration.
Exceptional ability to create professional-grade technical documentation and diagrams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

Professional certifications from manufacturers such as Crestron, Extron, Q-SYS, or CTS (Certified Technology Specialist).
Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
Experience with CAD tools or AV design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Visio, D-Tools).
