Pricing Manager EMEA m/f/d

JSP is quoted on the Tokyo stock exchange and is a worldwide leader and specialist in EPP manufacturing and plastic transformation (injection moulding, extrusion, blow moulding, digital and circularity solutions) delivering solutions for many sectors including Automotive, HVAC, transportation, sporting goods and more.

We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Pricing Manager to lead pricing strategy and governance across JSP EMEA. In this high-impact role, you will shape value-based pricing, support strategic business decisions, and help drive profitable growth across our business pillars. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance and leadership teams to ensure pricing is competitive, consistent and aligned with our long-term business objectives.

• Develop and drive a value-based pricing strategy that supports revenue growth, margin improvement and long-term business priorities across JSP EMEA and all of our different businesses.
• Ensure robust pricing governance, consistent approval processes and full accuracy across proposals, contracts and long-term agreements.
• Support strategic accounts, tenders and multi-year agreements with clear pricing recommendations that balance growth and profitability.
• Analyse market trends, customer behavior and competitive positioning to shape practical, data-driven pricing decisions.
• Promote a consistent pricing approach across regions and business pillars while strengthening pricing capability across the organisation.
• The role involves regular travel (approximately 30% of working time) across our sites.

• 10-15 years of experience in pricing or commercial strategy.
• Strong pricing experience in industrial B2B markets.
• Proven track record in margin and revenue improvement.
• Technical background with knowledge of industrial materials, ideally plastics.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate competitive advantages into pricing.
• Professional stakeholder management and experience with strategic accounts and tenders.
• A solid understanding of handling confidential information and strong awareness of data protection and information security requirements.
• Collaborative leadership style with integrity and transparency.
• EMEA or international experience in a matrix organisation is a plus.
• Fluent English required; French or German is an advantage.
