Do you want to play a key role in shaping our Pricing Strategy and driving KoRo’s growth? We’re looking for a Pricing Manager (m/f/d) to optimize our top line through data-driven decisions, market insights, and smart automation.

Develop, implement, and constantly refine prices for our product portfolio - with a strong focus on market trends and brand positioning
Kick off our journey into localized pricing to better adapt to regional dynamics and customer behavior (focus on AT, CH, IT and FR)
Conduct in depth analysis of the impact of price changes on top-line KPIs and overall business performance
Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Finance, and Marketing to ensure pricing is aligned with our brand and company values
Monitor competitors and conduct regular benchmarking to identify opportunities and gaps
Drive pricing automation by developing internal tools and processes that reduce manual work

Your profile

Degree in economics, mathematics, or another quantitative field
1-2 years of relevant work experience in a commercial role
Excellent English skills, German is a plus
Strong attention to detail and a sharp analytical mindset - numbers and models are your thing
Strong proficiency in Excel, ideally experience with SQL
Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable navigating the fast-paced world of start-ups
You bring a can-do attitude, take ownership, and love the fast pace of start-up life
