Product Manager

Historical Reproductions GmbH is the world's leading historical re-enactment brand offering armor, helmets, gambesons, medieval clothing, and more. With a new structured Warehouse of 4000 m² in the vicinity of Koblenz.

• Lead product management initiatives for the ZIB Militaria & Firearms portfolio
• Development of a product roadmap for each product area, including product specification and development of a well-thought-out functional, demand, and sales concept for clear product costing.
• To check the legal obligation for the products being sold online/ offline.
• Oversee and ensure accurate technical specifications vetting.
• Collaborate with engineering, compliance, and design teams to maintain product quality and legal standards.
• Introduce new products to market and drive product lifecycle.
• Develop product sales forecasts, conduct competitor analysis, and drive strategic marketing planning initiatives, measured by KPI (Key Performance Index)
• Preparation and participation in national and international trade fairs

Preferences

• Professional competence (hunter, collector, or sport shooter)
• Requires ERP proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office tools
• Good verbal & written English and German communication skills
• Knowledge of Firearms
• Strong customer care and communication skills
• Preference to local candidates from Kurtscheid
• Willingness to perform and learn
• Fluent German and English
