Arbeitsbeschreibung - Product Marketing and Business Development ISP (m/f/d)

  • Engaging ISPs across the entire TP-Link product and solution portfolio. Present strategy and products to various departments (Commercial, Technical, Marketing) to enhance understanding.
  • Becoming the technical expert on TP-Link Business Networking products. Share knowledge through demonstrations and address technical inquiries.
  • Understand customer and partner requirements to deploy TP-Link product solutions successfully.
  • Relay ISP feedback and strategy to R&D, ensuring they understand needs and priorities.
  • Engage in RFQ and information request processes to support the visibility and selection of TP-Link solutions. Participate in reviews, negotiations, and final commercial rounds.
  • Maintain strong interpersonal networks with key ISP stakeholders.
  • Provide robust support to the ISP testing department.
  • Proven track record of several years in a similar role with ISP projects.
  • Knowledge of industry stakeholders and key markets trends, including new user service (QoS, Smart Home matter…)
  • Experience of networking and telecom products. Proficient in TCP/IP stack, application protocols (DHCP/DNS/HTTPs) and networking Gateway (DSL/VDSL/GPON/Fiber Connection/4G /Mesh / Repeaters etc,.)
  • Skilled in end-to-end network troubleshooting - Able to communicate complex technical topics to customers and co-workers of varying technical skill levels.
  • Fluent in German and English (spoken & written).
  • Excellent technical presentation and communication skills
