Arbeitsbeschreibung - Production Engineer Battery (f/m/d)

  • Serve as the foremost authority on battery production technology and processes within the team and lead innovation efforts in this domain.
  • Collaborate with the CTO, COO and Head of Production to spearhead the development and commissioning of our battery cell production.
  • Take ownership of Holyvolt’s growing production blueprint, driving it forward.
  • Contribute to the battery product roadmap, ensuring its progression.
  • Engage in co-development initiatives with industry partners.
  • Formulate and execute patent strategies within your vertical, in conjunction with the CTO and the Head of Intellectual Property (IP).
  • Acquire, document, and disseminate knowledge concerning underlying technologies and production methodologies.
  • Oversee the selection and management of certification partners and processes.
  • Possession of a robust Master’s degree in electrical engineering, industrial engineering, physics, or a related discipline.
  • Extensive industry experience exceeding 5 years, focusing on batteries at both an engineering and product design level, ideally in battery cell production.
  • Demonstrated intellectual prowess and a keen curiosity to deepen understanding of pertinent battery technologies.
  • Proficiency in conceptualization with a track record of effectively structuring and presenting information for diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong collaborative spirit, alongside traits of independence, drive, organization, and adaptability.
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, at a professional level; familiarity with German and Swedish is advantageous.
  • Competence in office and collaboration software, coupled with a willingness to refine tools and processes for enhanced knowledge dissemination.
