About the roleThe commercial project assistant role is a great opportunity to gain development within a dynamic and diverse team. Some of the key tasks you will be involved with are:- Supporting project managers in the preparation and execution of clinical trials
- Procurement of study materials and office supplies
- Support of the departments in the area of shipping and logistics
- Support for data maintenance and data collection
- Documentation and archiving of study documents
- Labelling, dispensing, and administration of study medication
- First point of contact for customers and service providers on site and by telephone
- General office activities and support of in-house administrative processes

- Solid knowledge in the use of MS Office programs
- Interest and curiosity to familiarize yourself with new tasks and areas of knowledge
- Independent, reliable and bring structure to your tasks
- Excellent German and English language skills, both written and verbal,other foreign language skills are an advantage
- Customer-oriented, confident and positive appearance as well as open to having fun working in a team
