Project Controller for Innovations

Join an enthusiastic team working in-house with our international clients, where your role is key to streamlining processes and delivering accurate, timely results.As a Project Controller for Innovations, you will collaborate closely with experienced colleagues and your team leader to support and execute project management tasks. Initially focused on execution and support, you will gradually take on more analytical responsibilities. You’ll know exactly what the client needs and when, ensuring seamless coordination across departments and enhancing overall project performance.

• Acting as the in-house point of contact for an international company, supporting them in the field of innovations;
• Serving as the key link between engineers, project managers, the finance departments and others;
• Reviewing, analyzing, and processing data while meeting important deadlines;

• Conducting or reviewing project administration or accountability reports (prepared by the client);
• Collection of financial reports, consolidation of the overall report and quality check, timely submission of reports to the European Commission;
• Delivering insightful presentations and advising clients on how a program works, while answering their questions;
• Support in financial management: monitoring the overall budget, preparing distribution to the project partners, advising on financial issues, preparing financial overviews for the coordinating organisation;

Who are we looking for?

• You have completed a university degree, preferably in business administration or a related field;
• You are proficient in English and German, both written and spoken;
• You are a team player, detail-oriented, and have a strong determination to succeed.
