Arbeitsbeschreibung - Project Manager Content Marketing (all genders)

  • Planning, management and implementation of digital marketing and content projects - from start-ups to DAX corporations
  • Independent customer support throughout the entire project as the first point of contact and coordinator between customer needs and the project team
  • Analysis and specification of customer requirements in close cooperation with specialist departments and identification of practical implementation options for technical and content requirements
  • Focus on target groups, optimal user journeys and data-driven approaches - application of appropriate tools and strategies in content marketing and digital marketing
  • Identification of optimization potential, e.g. with regard to CRO, lead generation and performance marketing, and confident presentation of these insights to customers. e.g. with regard to CRO, lead generation and performance marketing, as well as confident presentation of these insights to customers
  • You are a proactive and motivated team member with strong communication and presentation skills in German and English
  • You have solid experience in the planning, coordination and implementation of content and digital marketing projects
  • You have an in-depth understanding of project management and content marketing techniques. You base your decisions on data from tools such as Google Analytics, Matomo, Adobe Analytics or Contentsquare
  • You combine a quick mind with strategic relationship management, recognize potential and challenges at an early stage and develop them into sustainable successes
  • A dynamic and demanding agency environment with multiple challenges and an interesting client mix
  • Working in an agile and focused team
  • Varied and independent tasks with flat hierarchies and mutual trust
  • A permanent employment contract with the choice of hybrid or full remote within Germany, Spain or Austria 
  • Locations in Munich, Traunstein, Barcelona and Vienna
