We are looking for an agile, digitally-driven Project Manager for Modern Work & Collaborationto drive our digital transformation in the workplace and foster effective teamwork and seamless communication across departments, teams, and geographic locations. In this role, you ensure that employees are equipped with the tools, processes, and strategies needed to collaborate effectively. Further, you are responsible for enhancing our organization's ability to share, manage, and utilize knowledge effectively while promoting a culture of transparency and engagement. You will also develop and implement internal communication strategies that align with organizational goals, ensuring employees are informed, inspired, and connected across all levels of the organization.Knowledge Management:
Develop and implement strategies and concepts for capturing, organizing, and sharing knowledge across the organization.
Identify and address gaps in knowledge-sharing practices to promote continuous learning and improvement.
Collaboration Initiatives:
Foster a culture of collaboration by implementing tools, practices, and initiatives that support effective teamwork.
Recognize and address barriers to effective collaboration within and across teams.
Technology and Tools Management:
Take tool-owernship of our collaboration platforms, in particular Confluence (Atlassian) and Microsoft Teams.
Be the first point-of-contact, train employees on the effective use, and encourage tool adoption across the organization.
Internal Communication:
Design and execute internal communication strategies that align with the organization's vision and values.
Own our communication initiatives and ensure timely and transparent communication across all levels of the organization.
Performance Monitoring and Improvement:
Continuously evaluate and optimize processes, systems, and strategies through analytics and feedback.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, business informatics, communication, or a related field.
Proven experience (3+ years) in knowledge management, collaboration tools, or internal communications.
Expertise in knowledge management techniques and systems.
Proficiency with the collaboration tools Confluence and Microsoft Teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Strong agile project management and organizational skills.
Proven ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.
Native-level fluency in German and business-level communication skills in English.
Expertise in Atlassian tools (especially Confluence) as an administrator and trainer.
Ability to transform strategies into clear, impactful communication that engage, align, and inspire colleagues across the organization.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address barriers to effective teamwork.
