You as part of tonies:

As a Project Manager Variations (all genders), you will be a key member of our global product team. Working closely with various markets and licensing partners, you will develop new Tonie characters and oversee the entire product development process – from the initial idea to the product launch. In doing so, you will contribute to the strategic growth of our portfolio and help position it for international success.

Your tasks and responsibilities will include:

Develop new Tonie characters from concept to production
Lead your own projects in close collaboration with the product design team, local portfolio managers, and licensing partners
Act as the main point of contact for all development and approval processes within the Tonie development cycle
Collect and maintain product-related data, materials, and status information throughout the development cycle
Track and relay feedback and changes to the internal project team, while ensuring close communication with licensors
Ensure that the portfolio plan for international markets is always up to date

What we are looking for:

At least 2 years of experience in process and project management, ideally in the fields of consumer electronics, publishing, or merchandising
Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, effectively prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines with a sense of urgency
An eye for design, paired with enthusiasm for creative sparring with product designers
Excellent communication skills and experience working with international stakeholders
Very good German skills and business-fluent English
Experience with Trello, Asana, and/or Zoho, as well as other project management tools, is a plus
