Arbeitsbeschreibung - Projektentwickler*in Expansion (m/f/x)

Would you like to work in a dynamic environment, take on responsibility and help a young, sustainable company expand? As Project Developer Expansion (m/f/x) you will be primarily responsible for setting up and expanding our expansion activities and will thus play a key role in building a hospitality tech startup with us. You will mainly work from our Berlin office, occasional remote working is also possible.

You will take responsibility for our expansion projects in Germany and Europe and work closely with the founders.
Together with your team, you accompany the entire process from property acquisition to handover to operations.
You will review potential sites according to the Raus criteria, including building code classification and development. This also includes coordination with the municipalities, building supervisory authorities and landowners in close cooperation with the legal team.
You will develop an expansion strategy for the Expansion department, build a robust pipeline of potential locations for the Raus concept, and work with your team to track their fulfillment.

You have completed a commercial degree, preferably with a focus on real estate management, or a degree in architecture.
You have several years of experience in the real estate sector, e.g. in project development.
You like to be on the road and have fun communicating with people, convincing them and managing to set the right priorities with your proactive, independent way of working.
You are passionate about redefining travel and nature holidays, are close to nature and love to spend time outdoors.
You speak fluent German and business fluent English.
