Projekt-ManagerIn (m/w/d) - Elternzeitvertretung

As the Project Manager at Kitchen Stories you are part of our Operations Department, reporting to Sharon, who leads the Content & Marketing Team. 

In this role, you will orchestrate collaboration among various internal stakeholders in order to produce highly engaging and inspiring food content for both - our partners, industry-leading brands in the field of kitchen appliances, food & beverages, lifestyle & entertainment, as well as our own branded content series.

• You lead and manage partner projects, aiming at the creation of inspiring campaigns as well as innovations in the digital food space, from the initial kick-off to the final reporting.
• You are the main point of contact to our partners as well as our internal stakeholders (e.g. Sales, Production Teams, Marketing, BI, Social Media) through all phases of the project lifecycle.
• You are responsible for the smooth execution of projects, ensuring that they are completed in time and on budget as well as exceeding the high expectations of our partners and ourselves.
• You bring together the necessary team members, develop plans and coordinate tasks, while always keeping an overview of progress, timings and to-dos.
• Your trustworthy and effective management style ensures highly successful collaborations and inspires follow-up campaigns.
• You develop and maintain project and production plans while being committed to the continuous improvement of our campaign processes.

• You come with previous project management experience, ideally in an agency or creative environment with a focus on digital content, storytelling and content marketing.
• You have a keen sense for brand presence, visual storytelling and customer behavior and could already gained experience and knowledge in content productions.
• Your very strong written and oral communication skills help you easily build up new relationships and comfortably negotiate at eye level.
• You are an empathetic team player and have excellent cross-departmental collaboration skills as well as the the ability to combine different perspectives and balance multiple priorities.
• You are a motivated self-starter with a working style that is defined by detail-orientation, stress-resistance, and thinking two steps ahead.
• You bring a hands-on mentality with a structured, analytical, open-minded way of thinking and problem-solving.
• You have excellent verbal and written skills in both German and English.
• You have experience working with project management tools like asana.
• You enjoy good food and are inspired by it as a topic.
