Arbeitsbeschreibung - R&D Engineer for Heat Pump

Conduct competitor product analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses in the market and inform product development strategies.
Operate heat pump performance testing laboratory to ensure that it meets safety and performance requirements
Participate in Heat Pump Develop Project for the entire product lifecycle management, and ensure a successful launch of products
Collaborate with other team members to ensure that the Heat Pump is designed and manufactured in accordance with all relevant regulations and standards
Document all work and findings in a clear and concise manner
Communicate your findings and recommendations to other team members
Participate in design reviews and brainstorming sessions to identify new opportunities for innovation and improvement

Master's degree in Engineering
At least 2 years of experience in HVAC work
Fundamental knowledge of heating and hydraulics
Experience working in a laboratory setting
