R&D Project Management Officer (m/w/d)

• Definition and implementation of standards for an effective project management globally, including a global reporting structure
• High level support of major multi-site projects, training of project management methodologies and mentoring for Raith project managers worldwide
• Project management support for development projects within our strategic initiatives
• Initiation and management of funded projects with external partners 
• Implementation and moderation of best practice sharing for project related topics
• Screening of funding opportunities within our core markets in collaboration with our global product management  

• Technical university degree, work experience in a global environment and in people management
• 5+ years of experience in project management
• Solid know how in business processes in an industrial environment
• Experience in collaboration with internal business units and external suppliers or customers
• Excellent in negotiation, active listening and moderation skills
• Practical knowledge as a line manager for e.g. a small team is a big plus
• Occasional business trips required 
• Fluent in English
