• Prepare and maintain documentation, including PIFs and other technical dossiers for product registration in European markets.
• Manage CPNP and SCPN notifications for product compliance.
• Ensure compliance with current regulations and standards in all markets (EU and non-EU) for raw materials, ingredients, and finished products.
• Collect and manage documentation, both internal (product development) and external (suppliers), ensuring proper classification and digital filing.
• Support the Quality department, handling incidents and reviewing Certificates of Analysis (CoAs).
• Review and adapt legal texts for labeling and promotional materials to ensure compliance.
• Conduct INCI reviews for product formulations.
• Prepare technical and safety data sheets for regulatory and quality purposes.
• Manage legal procedures with official health organizations such as AEMPS, GENCAT, and others.
• Provide back-office support to the R&D department, including preparing samples and shipments for safety and efficacy studies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Marketing, Packaging, Quality, and Production, to ensure regulatory compliance across all product stages.

• Degree in Chemistry, Biology, or Pharmacy.
• Master’s degree in Cosmetology or Dermocosmetics.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the cosmetics industry.
• Strong knowledge of EU, USA, and Mexico regulations. Experience in nutricosmetics, supplements, or medical devices is a plus.
• Experience collaborating with research and marketing teams to provide regulatory support and conduct risk analyses.
• Highly detail-oriented, with strong analytical skills, precision, and reliability.
• Excellent organizational skills, with a structured and systematic approach.
• Leadership mindset, with the ability to guide and inspire teams.
• Proactive and curious, always seeking new solutions and improvements.
• Native Spanish speaker, with a high level of proficiency in English.
