What You'll Do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture and define requirements using proven methodologies

• Model business processes and data flows (e.g., BPMN, UML, ERM)

• Develop and maintain functional and technical concepts

• Conduct impact assessments for change requests

• Ensure quality and clarity in requirement documentation

• Support development teams throughout the software lifecycle

• Interface closely with project managers to align expectations & Timelines

What You Bring

• Several years of experience in business analysis, requirements engineering, or concept development
• Strong proficiency in modelling tools (UML 2.x, BPMN, ERM; ideally with Innovator)

• Experience with agile practices and tools such as JIRA and Confluence

• An analytical mindset with great communication skills and a structured way of working
• English and German full professional proficiency

• A product-oriented approach and a good grasp of usability principles

• Bonus: exposure to DSLs, testing processes, or software engineering background
