Sales Administrator (all gender)

As a Sales Administrator, you have a direct influence on the satisfaction of our customers. You will help to ensure that the sales processes run smoothly. In doing so, you will be part of an open and humorous sales team and play an active role in our joint development.

• Preparation of Quotations
• Offer tracking
• Support with customer service 
• Office management and support of the management in general administrative and organizational activities
• Master data maintenance in SAP and documentation
• Support for procurement and administration

• You are team-oriented, communicative and have a strong organizational talent 
• You work diligently and accurately
• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or have initial experience in a commercial role
• At best, you already have some experience of working with SAP  
• Fluent in German and English

We produce and develop electrolyte solutions for modern energy storage systems, such as lithium-ion batteries, sodium-ion batteries and supercapacitors. If you already know what it's all about, great! If not, that's no obstacle for us.
