To join our team in Munich as soon as possible, initially limited to 1 year, we are currently looking for a full-time
 
SALES ASSOCIATE (M/F/D)
  • You coordinate and conduct in-person customer appointments for the acceptance and handover of luxury watches in our Munich boutique.
  • You respond to customer inquiries and communicate professionally across various channels, including phone, email, and Freshdesk.
  • You provide expert advice to both new and existing customers on watch purchases and support them in their decision-making process.
  • You take responsibility for ensuring smooth operational processes in the boutique, including order management and the maintenance of the premises.
  • You work closely with the operational teams at our headquarters in Cologne and maintain regular, proactive communication.

  • You have initial experience in sales & service or the luxury segment and possess a network of enthusiasts in the luxury industry.

  • You have strong communication skills and know how to guide customers in their purchasing decisions with confidence, professionalism, and charm.
  • As a true team player, you are reliable, committed, and always ready to support your team.
  • You are fluent in both German and English.
