We are looking for you, a Sales Coordinator limited to 31.10.2026 (m/f/diverse) to support our business area OESL at the location Karben, Germany.

Your tasks will focus on the following activities:

• Execute sales administrative activities throughout the product lifecycle, such as change management, commercial condition changes, and spare parts activities
• Support in the information collection about market (trends) and competitors
• Handle customer-related external and internal reporting tools (e.g., customer portals, sales databases)
• Execution of Sales Administration activities for the Segment Emission Reduction Solutions
• Establish and maintain customer network 
• Execute and support sales and administrative tasks during the pre-acquisition phase, including order intake, acquisition, and quote processes

• Commercial apprenticeship with professional experience or academic degree in business administration, marketing or similar qualification
• First experience in sales or engineering in automotive business
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Customer-oriented work
• Fluent German and English language skills, both in spoken and written
• Self-Organization
• Able to work in cross-functional teams
