Arbeitsbeschreibung - Sales Development Representative (m/w/d)

Become part of our dynamic sales team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) and actively shape the growth of our sales pipeline. In close collaboration with our sales team, you will work on positioning our WealthTech platform QPLIX even more on the market. As a key liaison between Marketing and Sales, you will provide support through strategic lead qualification, intensive customer research and the development of strong value propositions.
  • Identification and qualification of potential leads in collaboration with the responsible Sales Manager
  • Supporting the responsible Sales Manager with initial meetings and arranging appointments
  • Providing support in the development and implementation of market strategies
  • Analyzing customer needs, competitors and market developments
  • Maintaining all customer interactions and information in the CRM system (HubSpot)
  • Screening target markets for potential strategic partnerships and representation at events in the financial and FinTech scene
  • University degree in business administration, economics, finance, accounting, business informatics or or equivalent qualification
  • Hands-on mentality, ability to work independently and structured
  • Initial hands-on experience in sales or sales-related tasks in wealth management or the financial sector (also through internships/working student activities)
  • You enjoy interacting with customers and selling modern technologies
  • Strong negotiating skills and very good communication and presentation skills
  • Analytical approach and the ability to derive innovative concepts
  • Good understanding of asset classes and financial markets
  • Business fluent in German and English
  • Thoroughness, confidentiality, loyalty and willingness to travel
