Arbeitsbeschreibung - Sales Manager Neukundenakquise im Bereich Logistiksoftware (m/w/d)

Together with your team, you are responsible for the planning, automation, configuration, maintenance and ongoing optimisation of the IT infrastructure
You will be responsible for the further development of our infrastructure and the commissioning of our software for our customers
During troubleshooting, you will diagnose errors, provide technical support and implement proposed solutions
You will provide our German-speaking customers with advice and assistance via ticketing, telephone and email

You have a degree in computer science, a comparable IT-related qualification or you are an experienced career changer with relevant experience
Ideally, you have several years of professional experience in the administration of Linux environments
You have extensive experience in the administration and troubleshooting of distributed applications via the command line
Your technology stack: Linux, Git, DevOps, Kubernetes, databases
You have basic knowledge of networks, monitoring, cloud
You have a very good command of written and spoken German
