SAP- und OpenText-Consultant - Managed Services Consulting (m/w/d)

As an “SAP and OpenText Consultant - Managed Services”, you are the driving force behind our managed services in the SAP and OpenText area. 
SAP is the world's leading provider of ERP software and works closely with OpenText, the world's leading provider of information management (including document management). 
You will support customer processes and environments to ensure smooth operations and learn the trade of SAP consulting. You will be the face to the customer, building valuable business relationships and working closely with our SAP and OpenText consulting teams. This job is your stepping stone to a promising career in SAP consulting or development, where you have the opportunity to progress to SAP consultant or SAP developer.

• Maintenance of systems after takeover from national and international IT projects in the SAP environment into the Managed Service 
• Managed Service for well-known customers - both in DACH region and abroad (including Singapore, USA, Norway, ...) 
• Operational support in the maintenance of SAP und IT customer systems  
• 2nd and 3rd level support (acceptance, qualification and processing of service cases, incidents service request and change requests) 
• Maintenance of various documentations (e.g. operations manual)
• Note: Also good entry opportunity for juniors

• A degree in (business) computer science, (business) mathematics, (business) engineering, economics or a degree in information technology or information technology management, as well as initial relevant professional experience 
• Expertise in at least one of the following areas :IT infrastructure, networks, virtualization, server operating systems and databases 
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP, OpenText, an advantage 
• Curiosity and the will to familiarize yourself with new topics 
• Analytical and structured thinking skills, initiative and professional appearance 
• Ability to work in a team, service mentality as well as a quality-oriented way of working 
• Limited willingness to travel 
• Fluent German and fluent written and spoken English (German C1)
