(Senior) Account Executive - Nordics

As Account Executive You will be based close to our Headquarter in Munich or remotely outside of Germany, also with flexibility for Hybrid/Remote Working.      
You will establish, manage and grow our client business in the Enterprise Segment especially for the Nordics territory (Benelux, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden, etc)

In your everyday work you have a diverse range of tasks with lots of space for development:

• Develop the client portfolio by determining the companies and key accounts to approach, identifying the decision makers, and determining strengths and weaknesses to effectively communicate key selling points and value
• Proactively prospect on your target and on the leads that will be assigned to you (phone, email, visits, support...), analyze the needs of each prospect and propose the appropriate solution
• Reports on sales activity and forecast to Sales Management
• Consistently manage your pipeline and close new business at or above quota level, also in close collaboration with our partner ecosystem
• Lead commercial negotiations until signature and build customer loyalty
• Develop new partnerships and work collaboratively with Contentserv Partner Managers, Presales, Inside Sales as well as Marketing and Technology departments to evolve and implement our sales strategy when new features of our platform are introduced
• Define the strategy for responding to calls for tenders in a qualitative manner and within the allotted time, and develop commercial proposals (functional and technical) in close collaboration with the Professional Services team
• Pre-sales support with response to calls for tender, preparation and co-leading of demos and POCs
• Present our solutions during meetings with customers, prospects and partners, and provide strategic advice to clients, customers, prospects and partners on PIM, MDM, DAM and e-commerce/marketplace initiatives
• Participate in marketing and sales activities (trade shows, conferences, etc.)
• Stay up to date with new information about the company and the market

• You have demonstrable experience of 10+ years in Sales Management or Business Development in the target region, in goal setting and marketing as well as creating a unique, easy customer experience for our customers, help them to buy and over-achieve targets
• Sales techniques spanning the sales cycle, i.e. identification and qualification of opportunities, business development, order fulfilment, different implementation project setups etc. are familiar to you
• Experience in positioning, selling and negotiating Software as a Service, Subscription Contracts 
• You have proven track record of identifying market opportunities, selling software solutions to companies and generating incremental business with relevant experience of at least 10 years in over-achieving sales targets.
• You are fluent in written and spoken German and English.
• Speaking Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Dutch, Flemish or French would be a big plus. 

• You know how to implement projects by setup and success criteria rules, as well as how to blend vendor with partner resources and how to prioritize and manage own time effectively
• You have excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills in French as well as English along with strong standing in business discussions with intercultural skills 
• As problem-solver with some creative mindset, You know how to plan, solve problems, manage risk, ask open-ended questions to gain an understanding of the clients’ needs and articulate our value proposition
