Join our team as a (Senior) AI Engineer (m/f/d), specializing in Large Language Models (LLMs), to revolutionize how customers interact with their ERP data through our "Chat with Your Data" feature. You'll be at the forefront of applying AI and ML technologies, developing innovative solutions that transform customer experiences and provide real-time access to critical business information.
  • Revolutionize AI-Driven Customer Interaction: Create and implement cutting-edge AI applications centered around LLMs to enhance customer interaction with ERP data, ensuring consistent handling of data from different companies.
  • Build Intelligent Conversational Interfaces: Utilize your expertise in LLMs to design and deploy chat-based solutions that provide seamless access to data and insights, interpreting ML-based results for clients' data and ensuring they can be integrated into our frontend.
  • Scalable AI Infrastructure: Develop a scalable and robust AI infrastructure, including data pipelines, model deployment frameworks, and monitoring tools, to support advanced data-driven applications.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and frontend engineers, to gather customer requirements and translate them into effective AI solutions that can be easily integrated.
  • Software Engineering Best Practices: Implement best practices in software engineering, such as version control, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing, to ensure the reliability, maintainability, and performance of our AI systems, particularly in handling diverse company data.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with a focus on ML and AI.
  • AI Engineering Experience: 4+ years in AI engineering, with a proven track record of developing and deploying LLM-based applications in production.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn. Strong understanding of version control, CI/CD, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Hands-On Expertise: Hands-on experience with large language models and machine learning management systems.
  • Effective Communication: Excellent communication skills in English and experience working in dynamic, cross-functional teams. Fluency in German is advantageous but not required.
  • Deep Knowledge of NLP & Conversational AI: Familiarity with frameworks like langchain for conversational applications, deploying and maintaining production systems, and utilizing vector databases with ontologies in agent systems. Expertise in SOTA NLP methods and RAG applications is crucial.
