• Developing core equity products similar to our Global Benchmark Series with a focus on the strategic index offering 
• Developing custom index strategies in cooperation with our reputable, global client base 
• Calculating historical performance simulations (back-testing) for new investment strategies 
• Supporting clients and internal stakeholders with technical and professional expertise in benchmark strategies 
• Drafting index guidelines and supporting documents/analysis 
• Coordinating internal processes with our operations, sales and marketing teams for a successful launch

• Academic degree in Economics, (quantitative) Finance, Business Engineering or comparable programs 
• Affinity for capital markets 
• High proficiency level in Microsoft Excel and Python is essential
• 3-6 years of practical experience in the index business or a comparable field 
• Experience with data vendor terminals is a plus (e.g. FactSet, Reuters or Bloomberg)  
• Highly motivated to work independently, and complete tasks in a timely and accurate manner 
• Focused on top-quality service
