Your responsibilities
WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?
- Lead the development of strategic customer relationships and build a robust sales pipeline aligned with company growth targets.
- Engage with clients, partners (including OEMs), and internal stakeholders to align project scope, requirements, and value propositions.
- Manage end-to-end sales processes, including bid/no-bid decisions, commercial offer preparation, proposal coordination, and contract negotiation.
- Lead technical and commercial discussions with customers to understand their needs and propose tailored hydrogen infrastructure solutions.
- Develop and coordinate commercial proposals, pricing models, and cost/benefit analyses in collaboration with finance and engineering.
- Manage tender submissions for industrial energy and modular hydrogen infrastructure projects.
- Maintain up-to-date CRM records, documenting all client interactions, proposals, and decision points.
- Ensure a smooth handover of signed deals to project delivery teams through structured transfer mechanisms and continuous support.
- Steer in-depth regional market and customer analysis to support commercial strategy and identify high-quality sales opportunities.
- Ensure monitoring of various tender platforms, news agencies and websites for relevant opportunities in the target sectors.
- Represent LIFTE H2 and px Group at key industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the brand and explore partnership opportunities.
- Foster a culture of entrepreneurial thinking and commercial excellence within the business development function.
