Senior Business/ Technical Consultant (gn)

In the role of Principal Consultant, you will take over a vital role in Contentserv’s consulting team as you represent Contentserv’s consulting portfolio as a leading consultant and trusted advisor. As Principal Consultant you are responsible for carrying out own consulting projects as lead consultant and project manager as well as representing the service portfolio as a sales-oriented person who is capable of explaining the portfolio and generating business in close co-operation with Contentserv’s CSM team. Furthermore, you are responsible for Contentserv’s training portfolio and give advice to Contentserv’s Academy team. Thus, you’ll be one of the backbones of Contentserv’s consulting organization.In your day-to-day work, you will have a diverse range of tasks with plenty of room for development:

• Driving own consulting projects as lead PIM consultant and trusted advisor within a customer-facing role according to Contentserv’s consulting portfolio
• Performing project planning, resource planning, organization, controlling, and project management
• Being part of the department’s regular planning board
• Take over the sales-oriented perspective / role for Contentserv’s consulting department as representative for the department’s service portfolio in close co-operation with Contentserv’s CSM team
• Responsible for training services in the course Contentserv’s academy / consulting team including design, concept, deliverables, pricing, and GTM
• Acting as trusted advisor concerning Contentserv’s academy incl. design, concept, delivery, review, development, pricing, portfolio, etc.
• Close co-operation with Global VP Experience Consulting to develop the department further according to the above-mentioned tasks

• 5-7 years of experience as consultant within the business field of PIM, MDM, eCommerce, data & analytics, corresponding processes, or similar
• Familiar with project management tasks incl. project delivery, planning, resource management, project organization, controlling, and reporting
• 2-3 years of experience within the field of learning management for a software vendor, ideally with a background of eLearning, corresponding media, educational design, knowledge management, or similar
• Experience of working in an international software company desirable
