The appliedAI Institute for Europe plays a crucial role in shaping the future of AI in Europe.As a Senior Community Manager (m/f/x) you will play a pivotal role in fostering engaged communities around our offerings and services especially to foster and strengthen the Heilbronn ecosystem. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our different stakeholder groups  to empower the AI Innovation Ecosystem due to active community building and knowledge exchange. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills, a passion for network building and a deep understanding of the European AI Ecosystem. Your main tasks will be:

• Research and develop a landscape of the AI Innovation Ecosystem with all potential and successful partners and initiatives
• Develop and maintain relationships within the AI Innovation Ecosystem, with a strong focus on our activities in Heilbronn
• Actively shape, get engaged, organize and conduct interactive formats as well as publications tailored for the community audience
• Collaborate with the internal teams and external stakeholders to promote the community activities
• Together with the team co-create and implement strategies to build and maintain the Heilbronn and Munich community
• Track and analyze key community metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

• Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Political Science, or a related (social) field. For this role, your practical experience is more important than your formal education.
• Networking: Ideally you have experience either working or founding in an (AI) Startup and you have close ties to the German AI and / or Startup Ecosystem
• Impact: You'll leverage your experience in community and event management
• Communication : Your communication and interpersonal skills will help you build strong relationships
• Tech-Savvy: You'll utilize your strong understanding of structural contact management tools like Hubspot
• Data-Driven: Your knowledge of analytics tools will enable you to make informed, data-driven decisions
• Proactiveness: Your self-starter mindset will empower you to take initiative and drive projects forward.
• Languages: Fluency in written and spoken German and English will allow you to effectively communicate
