Senior Consultant Manufacturing Digitalization (m/w/d)

• You will help shape the operational digitalisation team for the digitalisation of (customer) processes in the pharmaceutical production environment.
• You will implement digitalisation strategies for our customers.
• You will take on the sub-project management of local and global MES selection, implementation and harmonisation projects.
• You will record business and IT processes, model them using tools and carry out process optimisations.
• You will carry out the following activities independently with the support of your team: 
  • Supplier selection projects
  • Requirements analysis / requirements engineering
  • Project and go-live planning
  • Training planning and, if necessary, implementation
  • MES system implementation
  • Workshops, scrum meetings
• You will provide support in customer and project acquisition.

• You have a university degree, preferably with a focus on digitalisation, IT, pharmacy/pharmaceutical engineering, biotechnology or medical technology, as well as at least three years of professional or consulting experience, or you have a comparable qualification and feel this is the right job for you.
• You have a good understanding of pharmaceutical production processes and would like to help drive process digitalisation on the customer side.
• You have very good knowledge of at least one Manufacturing Execution System (MES).
• You are generally willing to work remotely and also at our locations and/or at our customers' sites.
• You have a very good knowledge of German and English, a high level of initiative and an ability to keep track of things. You have good communication skills and a strong customer focus, and you have an open, positive and confident manner.
