Arbeitsbeschreibung - Senior Consultant SEO (m/f/d)

  • You develop and implement on-page (technical, structural & content) and off-page measures in close cooperation with our UX, SEA and Social Media Experts.
  • You identify, qualify and leverage digital marketing potential for our customer portfolio to develop and implement tailored and efficient digital marketing strategies which are focused on SEO.
  • You manage complex multiproduct campaigns in collaboration with other Digital Experts responsible for different marketing channels.
  • You work together with our Advanced Data Analytics experts to further scale the automation of our analyses and our proprietary AI solutions.
  • You assess and analyze search market demand developments and put them into business and topline context.
  • You manage, report and improve SEO performance and optimization efforts on an ad-hoc and ongoing basis.
  • You are continuously observing the market for early recognition of potential and upcoming SEO trends.
  • You share your valuable knowledge by conducting both external and internal workshops and pitches as well as mentoring Associates. 
  • You have a university degree with outstanding achievements in Business, Computer Science, Mathematics or a related field with excellent grades (understanding of a programming language and Master's degree or MBA are of advantage).
  • You have a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a digital marketing environment with a strong focus on SEO, ideally in a consulting environment.
  • You have a deep understanding of the SEO toolkit (e.g. GSC, GA, Sistrix, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog).
  • You demonstrate high analytical abilities as well as exceptional communication and time management skills.
  • You possess a strong business sense and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • You have an affinity for new SEO trends and market innovations as well as a testing mentality, as this is an integral part of daily SEO work.
  • You are a service-oriented and communicative team player with a high degree of self-responsibility and passion for your work.
  • You have strong communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to convey complex issues clearly.
  • You are fluent in English and German.
