Arbeitsbeschreibung - Senior Consultant (w/m/d) Projektmanagement-Software

As Senior Consultant for Project Management Software, you are the technical contact for our market-leading cplace Premium Apps, especially in the areas of collaborative and enterprise planning.
You advise companies on the introduction and use of our "Next Generation Project Management" based on our premium applications and implement the "Collaborative Project Management" methodology there.
You facilitate workshops in various formats (remote, hybrid, onsite) and conduct training sessions for our customers.
As part of our customer projects, you analyze the respective business requirements and implement them through configuration (no/low code) together with an implementation team.
You act as a technical and methodological sparring partner for our business customers and are the interface to IT.
Furthermore, you will actively shape the development of our shared source community around the topic of "Next Generation Project and Portfolio Management".

You have a degree in Business Informatics or a comparable qualification and at least 3 years of professional experience in IT/ software project management.
You have experience in planning and managing complex projects, preferably in product development, and have a strong customer focus and hands-on mentality.
In addition, you have experience implementing project management software or leading IT projects.
You have a strong knowledge of project management (especially methods and processes) and are ideally certified in this area.
You are also passionate about project and portfolio management topics, especially in the areas of scheduling and resource management.
