Senior Consultant/(Senior) Manager Project Management (m/w/d)

(Sub-)project management for exciting projects in the manufacturing industry:

• Collaboration in the strategic planning and operational implementation of projects with different industry focuses
• Independent management of smaller projects or sub-projects in the context of implementing future-proof IT and digitalisation solutions as well as process management
• Operational collaboration on customer projects in the project management office and application of classic and agile project management methods
• Responsibility for project management from acquisition to successful project completion, including budget controlling and management of the project team
• Development and expansion of your own professional expertise in project management and in the processes and IT systems of our target industries, especially pharmaceuticals, chemicals and biotechnology
• Development of target group-oriented concepts and processes while adhering to agreed deadlines

• You have a degree and professional experience in consulting or (sub-)project management of small or medium-sized projects and/or have already worked in project management offices (PMO). Alternatively, you have comparable, multi-year experience and feel this is the right opportunity for you.
• A strong understanding of the business, economic and regulatory context and requirements of the process industry, especially the chemical and pharmaceutical sectors, or the public sector, is part of your experience.
• You have proven experience in classic and agile project management methods as well as knowledge of relevant process management methods and tools.
• You have good communication skills and a strong command of German and English (at least at C1 level in both languages), as well as being thorough and proactive. You are highly customer-oriented and have an open, positive and confident manner at all levels of the hierarchy. You are also strong at building customer relationships.
• You are a real team player, open, flexible and resilient, and you have a high level of expertise and enjoy developing it.
• You are willing to work remotely (e.g. from home) and also on a daily basis at our locations and/or on-site with our customers (up to 60% travel).
