Senior Digital Project Manager

• Plan and deliver web/software projects
• Prepare backlog for implementation together with the project team
• Track milestones, deliverables, and change requests
• Participate in requirements workshops
• Liase with internal and external stakeholders
• Provide status reporting regarding milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues
• Lead daily project standups, planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Coordinate/execute quality assurance and releases

• 7+ years of project management experience delivering web solutions
• Experience in working with project management tools (e.g. Jira, GitLab, Asana)
• Strong knowledge of different software delivery methodologies
• Great English and German command, both in writing and speaking
• Well-developed teamwork and communication skills
• Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritisation skills
• Ability to handle multiple competing priorities
• Solution and goal-oriented way of working, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High level of commitment, willingness to learn, and quick comprehension
• Understanding of web technologies and software development

• Previous experience with Drupal or delivering web content management solutions
• Knowledge of agile/SCRUM methodologies
• Experience in customer relationship management
• International / intercultural work experience
