Your mission with us

As a Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A) at Sidekick Health, your mission is to provide strategic financial insights and support data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams—including Product, Commercial, and Operations—to enhance financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes while ensuring alignment with Sidekick’s values of innovation, impact, and collaboration.

What you can expect from us

Drive the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes in coordination with key stakeholders across the business
Build and maintain robust financial models to evaluate business performance, unit economics, and strategic initiatives
Deliver monthly and quarterly reporting, analyzing variances against forecast and providing actionable insights
Support executive leadership with strategic financial analysis, board materials, and investor reporting as needed
Collaborate with accounting and data teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting systems
Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and cost optimization by analyzing spending trends and ROI metrics
Play a key role in developing business cases for new product launches, market entries, and pricing strategies
Continuously improve FP&A processes, systems, and tools to scale with the growth of the company

Your profile

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a master’s degree or CFA qualification is a plus
4–5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a technology, digital health, or SaaS environment
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling; experience with FP&A tools such as Adaptive Insights, Planful, or similar is a strong advantage
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business narratives and recommendations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; able to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
High degree of ownership, with a proactive mindset and strong attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment and capable of balancing multiple priorities
