As we scale, we need a strategic and hands-on Senior Financial Controller (m/f/d) to join our Finance team and work closely with our executive leadership. Ready to be a key player in a fast-growing tech company?

Leading end-to-end financial controlling across multiple departments — both operational and strategic
Preparing, analysing, and challenging budgets, forecasts, KPIs, and financial reports that drive business performance
Being a trusted advisor to our management team, turning data into clear, actionable insights
Identifying and implementing process improvements that boost efficiency and scalability
Leveraging BI and ERP systems (like DATEV, SAP, or similar) to elevate reporting and financial transparency
Collaborating across teams in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment where your voice truly matters

A degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
5+ years of experience in controlling or FP&A, ideally within a tech-driven or fast-growing company
Strong analytical skills, a sharp eye for detail, and a solution-oriented mindset
Proficiency in BI/reporting tools and ERP systems, with a drive to leverage technology for smarter decision-making
A proactive communication style and a collaborative mindset, with a passion for driving impact and continuous improvement
